About the Film:

Welcome to the official site for The Marionette Unit.

The Marionette Unit is an original story by filmmakers Azhur Saleem and James Boyle. Set in an alternate Victorian age, the film follows the story of a man called Smith trying to help a famous theatre dancer escape the clutches of a strange musical machine, which is both monstrous and beautiful in its design.

On the website you will find information about the film, its cast and crew and also ways for you to get involved in the filmmaking process. Whether that is donating money for the production, becoming an extra or just staying up-to-date with the project.
